So just to confirm—you’ve completed all the mini-games and you're still unable to do things like push the Neighbor? Could you share a video of this part or any other part where it is visible that the abilities are erased and you're unable to progress further?

Also, have you tried using a walkthrough guide and following the steps carefully? Sometimes a small missed step can cause things to get stuck.
