Cause I kinda like using the OG Neighbor, cause the neighbor's model in Secret Neighbor doesn't really look that good to me,

Basically yea. Main difference is the more pale skin, the stain on the shirt in SN, has the darker eye lids, similar hair, and similar moustache. Honestly the main difference is the parts on the head, the rest is nothing major.
