Most people walk past them, and they are treated like an easter egg. So allow me to reveal all spots for the old graphics in each map (or other)
It hasn't really been removed yet.
Bonus - Inventor's saucepan with flashlight; has the old texture of the flashlight.
Map 1 - HN1 Tree inside Greenhouse (Keycard 2 zone)
Map 2 - Old ceiling light located at the back of the house, by the trolley/car.
Keycard zone 2 (the one with the fridge) - Chair from HN1 by the big window.
HN1 Streetlamp - Top of the building.
Map 3 - Old hanging light by Keycard zone 1 and bookshelf with sonar and neighbor bathtub teleporter.
Map 4 and 5 - HN1 Doors can be found. In map 4, there is a HN1 style door located in the place where Nicky woke up for HN1 Act 2. The door is boarding up and can't come off with crowbar.
In map 5, the door is located in the Keycard 3 zone to the theatre. It's an entrance with the dual door and opens slowly.
Map 5 again - Old ceiling light located in the bathroom of the theatre or house. It's also by the HN1 dual doors entrance.
Snow Theif Event - There are old ceiling lights along with a bucket that cannot be used for HN1 when playing as Leader you'll encounter it.
This was all I could find for now. If you found some and believe I missed some, post it here. So here you have it, there are only little aspects of the old graphics in the game. Regardless what mode you are in, you'll always find them if you go to one of the locations listed.
I found all of them in quick game, and in customs with Inventor/Ghost.
