#Error 22 in secret neighbor

Every time I enter the game, it shows an error message 22, where it says it is not possible to play (I'm on Xbox)

Would you happen to remember any changes since the last time you played, such as switching networks or anything similar? Unless it's a server-side issue, this problem is usually related to ISP settings.

To check if that’s the case, could you try temporarily connecting to another network, like a mobile hotspot, or using a VPN to see if that allows you to connect?

I've simply tried everything, including sending messages to support but they never got back to me.
