I could play, I have an ultimate subscription
Would you happen to remember any changes since the last time you played, such as switching networks or anything similar? Unless it's a server-side issue, this problem is usually related to ISP settings.
To check if that’s the case, could you try temporarily connecting to another network, like a mobile hotspot, or using a VPN to see if that allows you to connect?
I've simply tried everything, including sending messages to support but they never got back to me.
