#Local Split-Screen on consoles

I would like a split screen feature installed so you can play locally with whoever is at your console. It can be horizontal or vertical in settings and up to your preference.
When people also want to play the game with you, they just have to connect their other controller and the game will prompt them to join. Once they joined, you will see them in your lobby before you search a game.

If they want to purchase or customize or switch characters, hold a certain button to take over. And when the host wants to take over, they need to do the same.

It would be really great if split screen was here, just like in other games. That is when you can play for example lets say a friend at your house or cousin. You two or 4 can play together on the same device. Make local Split-Screen up to 4 players

This feature applies to XBOX and PlayStation. Or it can be Nintendo as a beta testing feature baggerthumbsup

Okay how about this? Either extend lobbies (means more than 6 people) Or whenever you guys use split screen, a new lobby creates, only split screen people can join your public game, and yes its quick game.

And decrease the chances of being neighbor if 2 people are playing on same device to prevent teaming

so in a nutshell: there would be 12-18 players, there would be 2 neighbors (cuz its splitscreen, so that means the 1 console that is split screen can know if the both of them are negihbor or not)

I don't think this would work. Kind of goes against the idea of secret neighbor. They'd always know where the other person is and can easily tell them who the neighbor is or where their location is. And if being split screen would decrease the chance of being neighbor, what if everyone in a lobby was playing split screen at the same time?

i don't think they'd change the entire game just to account for split screen, especially since PC players can't play split.
