#32-bit version crashes on act 3
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
Hi! Please ensure that you’re not subscribed to/installed any mods, as they can sometimes cause crashes.
Also, double-check that your PC meets the minimum requirements and that your GPU drivers and Windows are up to date.
If your system supports it, try installing and playing the 64-bit version of Hello Neighbor, as it can handle larger memory allocations and may help prevent crashes.
Thank you for reporting this nonetheless!
It also crashes on 64bit and i was told to get the 32bit
Could you share your PC specifications? Preferably by sharing your dxdiag.txt.

Hi! You can share your specifications by sending us your dxdiag.txt. To do that, press Windows + R, type dxdiag, hit Enter, click Save All Information, and save the file as dxdiag.txt.
Also, have you installed any mods?
