Artstyle toggle in settings (All SN platforms)

I would love to suggest adding an artstyle toggle so we can toggle between HN1 and HN2 but only you (the player) can see the switched artstyle so if you had it switched to HN1 but someone else had HN2 only you would see HN1 artstyle!

1. this would cause worse desync issues than we already have

2. would quite literally be impossible unless the entire lobby had to conform to an artstyle
