Disconnected from network

Hi, my friend keeps getting this thing “you’ve been disconnected from network” but everything seems to work. Any tips? (started getting that message 2/3 weeks ago and he tried reinstalling steam and everything but this issue seems to be only in secret neighbour)

Make sure you have a stable internet connection while playing. If possible, use an Ethernet cable for a wired network connection. It might help.
