When you open hello neighbour and you click on modding how do you add mods to the menu?

You have to have a compatible mod first downloaded first, (make sure it's for hello neighbor itself, and not the modkit) the right click on hello neighbor in the steam library, click manage, browse local files, mods, the drop the file in there. Make sure you extracted the mod file first
