Recently, Bendy was announced to be getting updates for the original title, Bendy and the Ink Machine, that would make quality of life changes to the game. Hello Neighbor could do this, too.
Some ideas I had:
• The Neighbor can now travel his entire house in Act 3. If the player is active in an area long enough, the neighbor will spawn in a nearby room in idle mode.
• A minigame is now, once again, required for super-throw.
• The lockpick in Act 3 now isn't bugged and will spawn 100% of the time.
• A new neighbor AI mode in the settings is added: Aggressive. The neighbor's intelligence will be harder. Take inspiration from the "Better Neighbor" mod on Steam Workshop.
• Playable death cutscenes can be turned off in settings.
• The AI is improved.
• The traincar is less buggy and now won't stop randomly without cause.
• The vacuum cleaner is added to console and mobile.
• The crowbar will have a "Smash" ability on windows similar to the crowbar from Hello Neighbor: Diaries.
• Item placement adjusted.
Note for developers: Many clunky item placements occur due to specific items in your inventory. For example, having two mannequins in your inventory will bug item placement of the gramophones.
• A new menu option allowing you to change your chase theme to the classic chase theme, alpha one chase themes, Hello Neighbor: Hide and Seek chase theme, Secret Neighbor "Scary Neighbor" chase theme, Hello Neighbor 2 Theodore chase theme, and Hello Neighbor: Search and Rescue's chase theme.
• Updated graphics.
• The mobile port will have controls similar to Hello Neighbor: Diaries.
• The Nintendo Switch port's lighting issues will be fixed.
• The trophies you shoot at for the red key puzzle will have two more seconds added to their deactivation timers.
• Nintendo Switch's aiming will be adjusted to be smoother.
• A cosmetic in Secret Neighbor for owning and supporting Hello Neighbor 1.
• The alphas are released onto console digital stores for free like Steam.
