REMOVE PENALTIES

Penalties used to be a way of discouraging people to leave during a match (neighbor role hunters, etc). Now this feature is just an annoying thing, that prevents me from escaping cheaters. With the current state of the game, penalties are USELESS

Penalties exist - you can't leave when cheaters/trash gameplay
No penalties - 90% people leave the match when neighbor enters their field of sight

there is no way to make this system balanced

my idea - you can leave once in a day without penalty

Noone leaves the game when neighbor appears

neighbor catches them and they leave instantly

so you dont get exp

Yes, it depends on the computer, personally I would not want to wait 2-3 minutes instead of 5 seconds to exit the match

On my budget 2018 laptop it taking like 5-6 seconds

It depends more on cores in the computer, anyway it's just longer than leave from match

Ik. But not everyone wants to use task manager. Its easier to quit a match, instead of closing game with task manager, and restarting the game. The penalties prevent you from just straight quitting

Make leaving impossible when you are held. Easy

Alt f4 pulls up the proposion of leaving the match, and agreeing gives penalty

Just thought of another idea, when the player leaves while being held by the neighbor, nwighbor gets even more XP, like player raged bonus
