I think the Jukebox should be added back to the Mayor's house. I'm not saying it should replace the Phonograph. Phonograph should stay as the solution to the puzzle.
But Jukebox would be just a neat way to listen to Mayor's musics.
Add the Jukebox in the music room, Put other 2 music disks in the house somewhere and make it so that you can take back the records from the Phonograph. The gold Dance one would still be the only one that activates the Party thing, Jukebox wouldnt trigger it
And that way it's a perfect addition that doesnt harm the puzzle itself

And it would also be a great way to connect to AS too
