When i press continue to load my game, the loading screen never ends.

when this happens deleting the save data works but im assumin you dont want that
and yes progress will save if you delete and re install the game

Have you tried any troubleshooting? Also, is that an old save you're trying to load? The more we know, the better we can help.

Okay, I deleted and reinstalled the game, i‘ll see if it works
Sorry if my english is bad, i’ll try to be the most understandable as possible, but i’m french 🤣
So, I was playing, I passed night 2 (when I find the picture in one of the bedrooms of the neighbor) then I saw the memory and get back to the bed (in the main character’s house)
And after my character wakes up, I had a strange bug, I couldnt move my body with my mouse (like as if you can just move your head but not your body in the same movement than the mouse)
So I left the game, to the menu and I came back, but i was next to the first house with the police man and I went to the neighbor house and doors were closed and nothing was charged (like no items and the model with the houses on it).
So i decided to revert to previous save but my game had not changed
Then I closed the game and when I restarted it, I had the infinite loading

I tried to verify and repair files on xbox app but the download couldn’t start

Can you make sure that you're on the latest Xbox App version, restart your PC if necessary, and give repair another go? If it still doesn't work, you can have the same by deleting and reinstalling the game.

i already deleted the game because it was just 13Go

it happenned to you bc one of the important thigs got accidently deleted or tempered. it happened to me too, the only i could fix it to delete the progress because it would crash or just say "the game could not find your progress " or it would just load infinetly
the way to reset your progress it to go to settings then reset game,progress then press yes
