No level editor in the Microsoft store version?????

I recently downloaded secret Neighbor on my pc through the Microsoft store version and saw in a video that there was this button called “level editor”I looked in the game and to my surprise there was no level editor. I soon discovered that it was only on the steam version. Why????? Sure, Xbox players are on the Microsoft store version as well but there is still a controller you could use to make stuff with. Tiny build please update
