Did the Late Fees or the School Map ever get finished?

Just hopped on HN2 today to just replay it and I looked at the dlc. Did those two “paid” dlc’s ever get finished? Or are they unplayable?

They are finished, it's just there are plenty of bugs to fix still (like the missing librarian chase music)
