I wish they made him a bigger threat, I mean that's what Nikita wanted right? A challenging game. Even though the puzzles are hard enough, if you guys want to make the game even harder, then make the neighbor a threat. Make it so that he could maybe take all your items away and store it somewhere? Or make him a bit faster? Or what about him just throwing darn bear traps?

They should re arrange the puzzles to be much simpler to solve and navigate through. Then, we can improve the ai. Plus if he did all of that, then he would be more annoying because the ai is already broken
