SN Crash Error

Whenever I enter the basement at certain maps, the game just crashed as shown in the image. This has started happening too often especially if I am on a wired broadband connection, and its unfair since I play with friends. This happens sometimes but its getting worse.
Please fix this, especially if you're planning an update to the game, make sure this has been fixed asap whenever possible

Hey, sorry to hear about the game crashing. When reporting such issues, even the smallest detail can be incredibly helpful to the development team. For example, on which maps does this occur? Are there any other in-game details or actions that seem to trigger these crashes?

The amusement park map's basement when I enter it crashes. And I dont remember which other map, but either it was "Return of the guest" or the other map that looks quite similar if you know what I mean.
There arent any in-game details or actions that seem to trigger crashes at the moment @tropic nest

Also i would like to note that this also happens on Xbox commonly. it happens on every map but the most notable has to be Missing or Wanted (Petersons original House just in case i got the name wrong)

I would like to note that it doesn't happen everytime. So It will be hard since I have to make the clip at the right time when I dont know when it will happen.But it happens on the middle of loading screen back to lobby

he cant patch bugs just himself, he's a customer support manager

he collects bug reports and feedback from players and then communicates these issues to the development team to fix, while also providing non-technical support to players

I just know that the crash encore a lot on Map 5 in my experience.

The main cause is when the game ends and kids win

Map 5 and 4
