All the ports have a turn off crossplay button

If PC players are that annoying

They can just turn them off with the flick of a button

This is a good idea with the right balancing! I agree with the person who said it should only be for custom games. Putting mobile players against console/Pc players in random match wouldn't be very fun on the mobile players end. Maybe it could also be a toggle in settings where mobile players can choose if they want to be in crossplay matches.
