I dont know my model but all I know that its a PS5, not a ps5 pro

This has happened to me before, it eventually loads, but it takes at least 5 minutes (and we don't have all the time in the world to wait)
Try switch to wired connections and tell me here anything so I can explain more to the developers
I play on switch (forgot to mention that) if it happens on 2 different consoles, then there is a chance it happens on xbox too. (although Switch and PS have crossplay with each other so it prob just them that have the prob)

Hey, could you let us know what is your NAT type, and if possible, run an internet test on https://azurespeedtest.azurewebsites.net/ though your PS browser?

So sorry (I am new), but how do we run internet tests on that website and see our NAT?
You can run those tests through your Playstation's internet browser.
As for the NAT type, you can find it under Settings > Network > Connection Status > View Connection Status.

Hey, NAT 2 is good enough. 
I did notice, though, that you haven’t confirmed whether you’ve tried playing using a wired connection (router to PS).
Also, did you run an internet speed test? This can help identify potential causes, like internet quality or distance from servers.
Thing is I dont know how to use a wired connection to my PS since I have some guests in my house.
