Buggy SnowThief lighting

Flashing lights warning
Playing the Snow thief event on steam, the majority of the lights in the map are not functioning good. They are always not working, or flickering in and out of being on and off.
-It seems like it always happens with the lowered light bulbs on a wire. In the button room, those lights don't flicker and works normally.
It does get really distracting or annoying.
