Pretty sure this is because your graphics card doesnt support RTX

previously the game would always give you the option even if your card didnt support it

I think they made it so that it dissapears if your card doesnt support RTX, does your graphics card support RTX?

You can try deleting C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\HelloNeighbor2\Saved\Settings.sav, it might help, but it will reset your graphics settings.
