Hello!?
Hey, "LowLevelFatalError" could happen for multiple reasons. Please try the following, and let us know if they helped:
- Reinstall the game/verify the integrity of the game files;
- Adjust/lower the graphic settings, especially anything related to Ray Tracing;
- Reinstall the GPU drivers and ensure there are no pending Windows & Xbox app updates;
- Make sure that the game runs on your dedicated GPU: https://tinybuildgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/6905695531796-Switching-to-your-dedicated-GPU.
Ok,
Redownloaded
This is peculiar.
Before forwarding this further to the team, could you also confirm that the game's running on your dedicated GPU, remove any controllers, and try one more time to start a new game?
Thank you!
Hum... I'm playing on pc so I only have my gpu and not integrated graphics
Ahorro de energia = Few resources
Alto rendimiento = More resources
Of course, the game stopped working when I updated all the drivers to the latest ones, but there shouldn't be any problem if the game is well optimized.
I can give you a screenshot of all the new drivers that I installed on my computer.
(If you need it)
This is what makes it so peculiar: it worked fine before you updated the GPU drivers. And—if I'm not mistaken—you've updated them twice since the latest Nvidia drivers were released just yesterday.
I suggest trying two more potential solutions. First, navigate to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Packages\tinyBuildGames.HelloNeighbor2_3sz1pp2ynv2xe and delete all contents. Additionally, try reinstalling the GPU drivers, but this time, select "clean install" when prompted.
Remember to select "Clean install" (it's a checkbox right before installing).
Is not working
The same error
These were the controllers... Could it be that there is a problem with the first 4?
By controllers, I mean physical controllers like this 🎮. If you have any connected, could you try disconnecting them and using a mouse and keyboard setup instead?
Ah ok
Like playstation controller
👍
Exactly! 🙂
Ok I will try it

Hey, kindly refrain from tagging us. Rest assured that we see all players' messages! 🙂
I have informed the team about your case, and we're investigating other potential solutions. Thank you for your patience!
Oh, sorry.
Hey, please try the following:
- Open the Registry Editor and navigate to:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers. - On the right-hand side, right-click and select New > QWORD (64-bit) Value.
- Rename the new value to TdrDelay.
- Right-click on TdrDelay, select Modify, choose Decimal, and set the value to 10.
- Click OK to save the changes, then restart your PC to apply the settings.
This tweak may help by increasing the time allowed for your GPU to respond before Windows assumes a problem and attempts to recover. 🙂
damn

Thank you for your patience.
Hello k1mon, I'll give you my saved folder too, in case you need it.
We appreciate that! 🙂
@tender coral could you share your PC specifications with us? This could help.
idk if this is the right thing but eh
Thank you! 🙂 Could you also let us know what is your GPU? You can see that under Device Manager > Display adapters.
