when it try to play the beta it doesnt work, then when i try to play full game after i have to reset all my progress to get it to work!

note: i dont wanna make a video of it because i dont wanna reset all my progress

Hey! Resetting your save should allow you to start the Beta, but please be aware that this will reset your progress in the full game.

Until we patch this up, we strongly advise you to back up your save files located at C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\HelloNeighbor2\Saved before proceeding. After playing the Beta, you can move your saves back in place. 🙂
