I know today i just made another feedback post with this kind of name 'Build Upon The Forest' but still, I saw opportunity and I had to take it.
Right now, I'm playing the School DLC and as I'm playing I feel like it kinda needs the treatment the main game needs, as once you play the DLCs there's no real reason to play again and you don't really gain much about Raven Brooks from it. Only learning about the characters, don't get me wrong I am interested in the Janitor's story but it kind of feels like I didn't do what the DLCs told me I was going to do. It just felt like I went to a random location with a goal but never accomplished it or nothing came out of it, stuff like that can work but it just feels...sudden for lack of a better word.
The School DLC is the better of the two in my eyes, it tells a pretty good story but it doesn't feel like there's a proper end to it. Sure you help the Janitor become happy indirectly but the DLC doesn't even end after that. It makes us feel like something's missing, like there's a part of the DLC we haven't done in order to win. Maybe add on to the cutscene where Quentin closes the School case and drives off after learning what he did.
The Library DLC just has you getting a book and then leaving, there's no like lore reveals. You just leave the library as it floods with animations already in the game and that's it before being hit with a ending screen. Just a fetch quest that doesn't really feel like you accomplish anything. I'm not sure how to improve it beyond saying to make the DLC more than just a fetch quest, and give a better end.
If the main game also gets randomization (which I addressed in another feedback of mine), I really hope the DLCs gain it as well. Multiple solution puzzles, more interactivity, maybe even different puzzles every time you play. That's one of the things I want from HN2, good replay value.

...also please let us pet Gunter and play fetch with him in the main game.
