It would be cool if the Gray Manor could added to game as Theodore's parents' old house. It would be a nice story.

what people need to realise is that the gray manor was literally just a prototype for the museum hideout

both are known as 'The Hideout'

technically its alreay in the game

it was confirmed in the books that the Neighbor's house belonged to them but eventually when they died ages ago Peterson and his family lived there when they moved into Raven Brooks
