Neighbor Chase Sometimes Doesn't Play

Sometimes, when the neighbor is obviously chasing you, the chase music sometimes gets played a bit later, or it doesn't get played at all

its played when you get fear effect

you didnt get fear effect if you have charged counter strike ability, or you use leader ability
