This is my first time playing HN2 and after I finished Backery, when I unlocked Museum entrance, neighbor what standing next to his chair and he was just standing, I tried getting really close and he didnt want to catch me as well, he was just looking at me. After I loaded the last checkpoint, then everything was normal.
First I thought it was meant to be like that but I played HN1 so I knew something is wrong, please fix this so new players can't be confused :D
