Sharp Sight a passive ability for Scout

Girl Scouts are known for teamwork and cooperation with their fellow Scouts and can alert squad members so my idea is scout has a passive ability that only triggers if she has seen the neighbor transform with a room with at least two other players when she has seen the neighbor sharp sight will slowly progress from 1 to 100 for as long as she sees the neighbor however, if she gains fear the percentage stops and you’ll have to spot the neighbor transforming from the distance again this ability doesn’t stack with other scouts in the match and each scout has their own meter however, if a scout can somehow keep an eye on the neighbor for a minute and 30 seconds without gaining fear a neighbor icon will appear above the neighbor player disguise or the neighbor form for not keeping his identity secret and by constantly transforming in rooms with other players instead of transforming out of sight
