This feedback is a update to one of my older ones, after thinking about it it could benefit from having it affect all explorers instead of just Quentin.
So, one of last year's updates made it so if you throw a item you'd lose stamina even as a explorer. Three throws and it'd mean that you'd be nearly immobile and cannot throw anymore. While I approve of a system to prevent players from just jumping around and constantly trying to go pvp there's two major flaws to this system.

It doesn't make sense, I get you can get tired from throwing things but the explorers are using their arms. Now you could make the argument it's just a game but it gets a bit annoying that you can't really move after throwing like three lightweight items like apples or boxes.

Quentin. In the same update this system was added, a explorer was added that uses stamina to sprint. The same stamina needed to throw items, so you could easily just apply some perks onto him and his stamina would quickly regenerate allowing for constant combat once again.
So, a solution is there to be two seperate staminas of a sort. For normal explorers, their stamina is just 'throwing stamina' or 'arm strength'. After throwing three items they lose the ability to charge their throws for a certain short amount of time. (or just have a heavy penality to throwing range and damage) It'd be like the current system but minus a heavy speed penalty.
As for Quentin? He would have both running and throwing stamina. I'm only saying this because I don't want one of his talents making him a combat class. I'm not sure how we'd pull this off in ui but it'd help balance him out.
