On steam you can play hello guest, HN2 alpha 1, HN2 alpha 1.5, HN2 Demo, or HN2. Why cant we do the beta? is there a certain way?? it would be really cool if i could play it. Thanks!

Actually the HN2 Alphas seem completely unaffected by Beta & Fullgame HN2 saves
The only reason FG and Beta effect each other, is internally on steam,
Fullgame is still named “Hello Neighbor 2 Beta”

Get the Xbox game pass or get hello neighbor 1 on steam then go on it's library and then click on properties and theres a button with the HN2 beta but I think so.
