You could add a new characted, the electrician, he will be able to create light bulbs, fix others that are broken, or even add a lock to lights so that nobody turns the off, helpfull if the ghost neighbor is near by. You could even make it so that he can short the neighbor and 1-shot kill him if he is caught by finding batteries around the house. New items like electricity gun (forgot the name of the gun the police has) which he can make from spare parts and batteries in the house! Perhaps he could unlock or hack keycard doors with special items. I'd love to see this character in the game and I think there is a lot of room for improvement than the things I mentioned above.
