As we all know, taxidermist is a very OP class due to his shotgun ability. Even tho it has been nerfed by now, it's still incerdibly hard to win against taxidermist, especially a very grindy one. So, for the solution of the problem, I took a look at how the shotgun works in HN2. In HN2, the shotgun STUNS the player. So, my solution for the problem is to remove Otto's ability to damage explorers with a shotgun, instead, the shotgun will only STUN explorers for 3 seconds (or more) (basically like The guest's scaring croak). This would make overcoming a grindy taxidermist easier for explorers, and will make taxidermist less OP. It will also encourage taxidermists to play stealthy, and use the gun as an auxiliary or a get-away weapon, rather than the main tactic. With that update, we could also bring the amount of shots back to 6.

Yup, as said above saying revive is not allowed. It needs to have some descriptive and helpful information about the post itself.
Remove the stun and keep the damage. Kids cannot fight back with their special skill because of the his high stun dps gun.

maybe the neighbor loses stamina when using it, or he gets stunned as well from the shock wave. He can even have a durability of shorts where his shotgun breaks after like 10 or 15 uses and he must repair it which can only be done if the neighbor is also an inventor otherwise it is broken forever.
Nah. I doubt they will make ammo an rare item, so this wont change much, grindy taxidermists wont have trouble with finding that
Losing stamina isnt very logical. He getting stunned too? Maybe, but definetly shorter stun time than the children. The last one... just no. This is basically forcing a character just to have infinite gun.
I do have to agree though, the stun kinda makes sense with the recoil of the gun already forcing you to go back a bit but the idea of needing to play as inventor to fix the broke rifle or you cant use it again is a bad idea.

They did. It now depends on how far you are from the gun. THe closer you are to the shot, the more damage you get. That still doesnt really change anything tho. He is still OP

At most it should just simply stun and as for reloading well they already Nerfed that so maybe either have it so it will only do stun and the more your hit the less the stun becomes eventually, it doesn’t stunt at all
And to say like three or five hits is the limit no more like 30 or 60
Then, after that, the taxidermist gun will only stun for 0.1 seconds pretty much making him less of a threat and more of a annoyance or they could just make it that his toy rifle does less damage the more hits
I love that we're tryna be innovative but I think simply removing the taxidermist will solve 100% of these issues 😐

I think the issue with that is that real hello neighbor fans who honestly care about how secret neighbor is turning out would agree to that, but the others who dont care are a big number
that's why I feel like these feedback channels are kind of useless cuz 1. eveyone disagrees, and 2. tinybuild won't listen to feedback
