This is actually a rather old video of mine, but similar bugs still occur.
I said I was going to upload it in one of the other bug-report post here, but I totally forgot to.
Anyways, here is the bug. I was walking around, swinging my hands as I bumped into the in game wall, then I decided to switch hands with the flashlight as I was teleported into the ceiling getting softlocked.
It might of been walking into the wall, or a combination of some
