To be honest, the current crown for Scary Neighbor feels a bit odd when compared to the other neighbor's so I thought of something interesting to replace it. I can't draw well so I'll just type it out the best I can:
Imagine Scary's level 50 crown being a disabled beartrap/hunting trap, the spikes being like the tips of the crown. It'd fit his class considering one of his abilities.

There should also be a fake mask, and the crown could have a slight red color to it

The fake mask describes his ability to fake his appearance the red color is to distinguish the anger that burns within
