It would be nice if we could get another distraction in HN2, maybe we could honk or set off the Neighbor's car alarm. (Similarly how we could in Secret Neighbor.) in the Museum garage. This would make some more cool distractions to distract the neighbor.

To add on: I was maybe thinking we could use the wrench to take out one of the tires for the car, in that way maybe the Neighbor will fix it by using a tire. Maybe he'll have a box of tires in the garage and if he runs out he will use a toaster to make up for it just like he did in early promos. However, I don't think he should drive around since the open world isn't that big would be cool though.

Last but not least, a garage door distraction would be great to have there could be button/lever we could press and it'll open alerting the neighbor would also be another good way to come in and out of the building.

The Neighbor used to be able to leave his house and the car was actually used for that

There was a few references to the neighbors car having different wheel settings, presumably for different objects

I don't watch this video anymore cause it makes me sad about what couldve been. I was so excited when I first saw it, and I can't watch it again knowing it will never happen.
