I agree. On map 1, if you open the first keycard door, you can easily find at least 3 keys in 2 adjacent rooms.
It should be more 3 keys in at least keycard 2 and 3, or it's too easy.

This is just a random, you can find or nothing, or one key, or more. I don't see nothing bad in this. They are already change the key spawn in Halloween update
