anyone else having this problem?

I play on ps4 and I'm trying to log in and everytime it finishes loading it doesn't log me in saying I'm not logged in to my Playstation network and I am logged in to my Playstation network and I have my ps plus so I'm kind of confused and annoyed because I want to play but it won't let me join
