Okay, so the Neighbor right now is not scary at all. In the Halloween beta of alpha I forgot, he used to smile and it was soo much creepier. Like imagine getting ambushed out of no where and you just see a smiling Neighbor with black eye bags. It would be AMAZING. Add this element back. Please. It was soo much creepier.
