Currently, most platforms don’t work together. PlayStation and Switch, but not Xbox? What about PC? I have a way that could improve this - without causing issues.

Unlike other peoples suggestions, I don’t think adding cross play in quick game is the answer. But.. what if cross play between all platforms was just for custom games? Not only would this mean that you can play with more people - but it also finally means friends on different platforms can play. And you would probably be able to customise what platforms can see your game in the server list, too.

There might be implications by adding this into the game, but I thought I would still make this suggestion post.

Cheaters and the LE is exclusive to steam the console versions don’t have the workshop

If custom games use custom maps, the game can simply not show those games in the server list.

Cheaters can be kicked by the host, and if you don’t want other platforms you can turn it off.
