I recently logged into secret neighbor because many people told me that they lost their levels so I checked if I did too.
Turns out that I did because the game asked me to read the "User Agreement" which I already did back then.
All my characters were reset to level 0 again.

I still have the crown for some reason on all of my characters except ghost which wasn't on level 50 before it happened.
My kids were all level 60+ and my Inventor was like 120.
All of my neighbors were at least level 40.
My overall account level was 840.
It also kinda saved some XP progress for my neighbours for some reason.

I hope you guys can resolve the issue for me.

@marsh wraith Everyone suffered a similar issue on all platforms, and the game should be going back to normal with levels and everything. When you can, please get back on the game to check if they're back. If not then send a ticket to the support team. https://tinybuildgames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

It seems that it has been fixed so I don't have to submit a ticket but I will keep it in mind if it happens again. Thanks for the help
