At the moment, the game is full of cheaters,
In my experience, complaints about players absolutely do not work, since I complain about cheaters and then notice them in the game again a month later, or they are banned and then unbanned again. I suggest making two systems
-
Moderation system: You hire some people and give them the opportunity to ban players, these people may also be trusted players, you can do a survey or something like that to find someone for this role. Moderators just play and in case of a cheater meeting ban him, if suddenly the player believes that he did not cheat, then within 7 days after his ban he can ask for proof that he was with cheats, the moderator will have to record the moments where it is clear that the player violated and store them for 7 days, and in case if the cheater asks for evidence, he must provide video evidence/screenshot of violations. If there is no evidence of foul play, the cheater can be unbanned, but if there was evidence, then you can ban the player forever (if suddenly they are not always banned)
-
Patrol system: patrol is a role below the moderator, he cannot independently make decisions about banning a player. The patrol watches the game of people, in search of a cheater, while the players themselves will not know when they are being watched and when they are not, technically there can be 6 players and 1 patrolman in the game (7 people in one game), he can monitor all games, both games in the "quick game" and "custom game". The patrol records the cheater on video and sends it to the moderator, who decides whether to ban him or not. The same privilege can be given to the moderators themselves (to watch the games). The role of patrolmen is made to help moderators, it can be given to more players than to people who have become moderators
This innovation will reduce the number of cheaters at times if you have problems creating an anti-cheat
