This was why people become a fan of hn in the first place in 2016 because hn1 had a fun gameplay loop cooking up but then you kinda lost focus on the stealth and ai instead you focused more on the puzzles and platforming so hn1 turned more into a platforming game rather then stealth horror this is the main reason why hn1 wasn’t received well I’m sure of that

Then we jump to hn2 announcement trailer it looks super promising and even a neural network is promised but then launch happened and the ai was somehow arguably worse then hn1 ai in some aspects even now it’s not that good imo

So what can you do to correct this for hn2 at least

Put a lot of Focus on the AI and layouts of the houses that’s why people liked the hn1 alphas while the ai was scripted and slow it could navigate its surroundings

Sad how we need to bargain with Eerie Guest for just a chance to get something kinda similar to what we were promised.
