Even though the teapot is only found in location, (Gerda's Bakery) I think it would be pretty nice if all AIs had their own custom teapot models. Maybe they can make tea with it, meaning that also we can interact with ovens I think this would create a great distraction just like how in the alpha trailer of HN2 where we could've used a teapot to distract the Guest. This would definitely add more ways to trick the AIs than just breaking windows and using alarm clocks. I'm not really sure how the Neighbor would be able to do this maybe you guys can find some kind of way to make it work for him as well.
