Custom Weather in Custom Games

Honestly, it feels a bit unfair for Switch and Playstation players to lose out on the snow in the 'Winter' update, so I thought of a solution: Why not add the ability to change the weather in custom game? It would be perfect cause after all it's supposed to be a Custom Game.

The options would be:

1. Random
2. Clear
3. Rain
4. Thunder Storm
5. Snow

Maybe there'd be a special option that'd exclude snowing if players want to have random weather without the chance of snow?

If people complain about it not being Winter and being able to make it snow, then just lock the snow option behind beating the Snow Thief event.

Maybe alongside weather, the time of day can be changed like this:

1. Random
2. Night
3. Evening
4. Day

Really SN needs more customization.

With some twist and fixes, this is a thing that should also come to LE maps.
Like you get to choose out of these options for your maps
