Rage is an ability added to discourage kids from fighting, but skilled Scary Neighbor players can just use it to their advantage by combating the kids, leaving them with endless fights. I think rage should be reworked completely and added to every class as a way of discouraging all the kids from fighting every neighbor, so heres my idea for a rework:
Rage won't be a small boost of invincibility; it will just make the Neighbor permanently stronger and harder to deal with once activated. It would no longer need hits to activate; instead, it would be a bar that increases every time the kids combat the Neighbor in any way. Getting damaged or killed by the kids will increase the bar; dying increases it significantly.
Once Rage is activated, the kids will hear the Neighbor laughing while a notification saying, "You took it too far; the Neighbor is enraged!" shows up.
When rage activates, the following things will happen to the Neighbor:

His HP and stamina increases.

His running speed increases.

Breaking down a door requires fewer hits.

He will be able to jump through windows without throwing an item.
