The Magician:

A high intellectual Deceiver who specializes in spreading out groups of kids and attacking them from where they least expect it.

Design:
His Head is covered with a dark hood which comes from his coat and his eyes are not visible because of the shadow it produces.
He's wearing a mysterious coat which covers most of his upper and lower body.

Spotlight:
-When activating the ability in "showtime mode" you will switch to "backstage mode" and the ability will go on a cooldown for 5 seconds.
-When activating the ability in "backstage mode" you will switch to "showtime mode" and the ability will go on a cooldown for 5 seconds.

This ability is available during both modes.

BACKSTAGE MODE
During backstage mode you are unable to sprint but your walking speed is slightly faster. You can take 6 hits in backstage mode. You also have access to 2 abilities.

Shadow Walker:
When activating "Shadow Walker", you will see all the closets of the map through walls. You can teleport to any of the closets which will take time depending on how far away it is. When arriving in the closet there will be a wooden sound which can be heard by kids nearby. After exiting the closet you are in "showtime mode" and you are unable to grab for 1,5 seconds.
The ability has a cooldown of 25 seconds.

Illusion Trap:
With this ability the neighbor can place a trap which looks almost like the smoke trap but is coloured purple and red so it's a bit easier to spot. The trap also produces a laser like smoke bombs When a kid activates the trap they will suffer from these effects for 10 seconds:
-Your sight is limited to a few meters (Like the minecraft blindness effect)
-All of your abilities who are not passive are locked
-You are unable to emote and see pings
-Aim assist is deactivated
If you are crouching the trap will not detect you no matter if the laser hits you.
The trap will be destroyed if it gets activated, gets deactivated by going close to it and disarming it or by throwing an item through the laser.
Illusion traps can't be placed near the basement to prevent camping.
They also can't be placed near each other.
If a kid manages to hit the neighbor while having the effects it will remove the effects.
The ability has a cooldown of 20 seconds.

SHOWTIME MODE
During showtime mode you can take 8 hits and have access to 2 abilities.

Magic Stick:
When you hold the ability you can aim with the stick. If you release the button it will shoot a spell.
-If the spell hits any interactable platform of the map it will open/close and will be unable to be used by kids for 12 seconds.
-If it hits a vent it will close and will be unable to be opened for 12 seconds.
If it hits a door it will close and be blocked for 12 seconds. This can be countered tho if the kids decide to kick down the door which takes 4 kicks no matter if its a normal door or a keycard door. This also can't be decreased/increased by any perks or abilities. Only by milk itself.
-If it hits nothing interactable it will create a temporary wall which will grow as high as 1 wall tile and as wide as 1,5 wall tiles.
This can be destroyed by throwing 4 items at it.
The wall will automatically be destroyed in 10 seconds
The neighbor can also use the wall right under his feet so it elevates him to gain height.
This ability has a cooldown of 35 seconds.

Main Event:
When you are below 40% you can activate the ability. The kids will hear a map wide evil laugh to prepare them for what's coming. After 5 seconds you will get these following effects for 20 seconds:
-Stun time is reduced by 25%
-If you damage a kid with an item you will regain 0,75 hits so for example if you damage a kid twice you will regain 1,5 hit for your health. (By hit I mean a fully charged throw)
-Your based kill time is reduced to 5 seconds
-Stamina cost for throwing items is removed.
-Charge speed of throwing items is increased by 25%
-Speed of thrown items is increased by 25%
-You cannot use "Spotlight"
-If you manage to down a kid it will increase the time of "Main Event" by 5 seconds.
-You can't be blinded for longer than 2 seconds.
The neighbor can manually end "Main event".
After "Main Event" ends it has a 40 second cooldown.

When writing this concept idea I was focusing more on the fun both sides would have when this neighbor was in the match since SN isn't a competitive game.

In my opinion we don't really need any new characters currently (not saying it's bad), but this post is actually really well done baggerthumbsup 💯
