#Make Raven Brooks feel more alive

Honestly, Raven Brooks feels like a empty town as of the moment, isn't the town supposed to have people living in it? I think to breath more life into the world there should be a few of the following:

Cars driving around, like in HN1
Vandals walking around at night, maybe spray painting graffiti onto buildings or kicking over trashcans
(you know i have to suggest this one) Imbir wandering around after they get fed.
Skipper should also wander a bit after he's fed, but would stick close to the Mayor's house and also chase off Vandals and/or Imbir
More ambience to the town, like hearing people talking or animals
Depending on the time of day, lights in some houses would go off or on to show that yes people are in the houses.
At Night maybe you'll hear the Guest too...somewhere, but you can't see him. GooglyGuest

I also had a funny thought where if you're making noise on a house's roof, you can hear the owner getting annoyed inside. Like they let out a angry growl or even yell at you to quit it.

i have nothing against the vandals but there must be a more unique original idea than just having the run around and graffiti

I would suggest just having normal background npcs going around, i'm not sure how that'd be.

Like having a normal guy walking by as Quentin is throwing paint at a cop

I could see Vandals possibly get in the way of some puzzles depending on what it is. Like if the Duck task returns for Otto, I could see a Vandal trying to possibly take it, leading to both Otto and the player chasing him down.

It might be annoying in gameplay though, but a interesting concept...

I mean they don't have to add like 100 of the same NPC walking around they could just put 5 npcs walking around every once in a while

if the home owners call the police they would patrol the neighborhood, if they spot Quentin doing something illegal they would get out of their vehicle and give chase

That could be a nice idea to show the world of raven brooks is alive and doesn't just go around Quentin.

Another idea is to have the same background NPCs leave their homes to go to places like Gerda's bakery (After the day Quentin goes there of course)

I don't hate this post but I most say I think the current atmosphere of Hello neighbor 2 is perfect

The town has recently been put through a storm, life continues, families are enjoying themselves. But it's still a small barren town temporarily cut off from the world
