The basement door is called 'door_basement' and the border is 'door_basement_border'.
The pipes i'm not sure i can't find them
the phone on the drawer is the appartments phone from act 3.
the lamp is the blue lamp but it looks kinda white.

There should be a folder with these models as .obj so I can try to recreate it
the models in ue4 are .uasset
you cannot extract them in .obj
in umodel you can extract them in gtlf and stuff
and psm (i think it's the psk and psa stuff)

im a modder who made a custom player rig (through a tutorial) and i can't figure out how to export it as .obj?

You need to select the object do you want and click in active asset and click in export
