If you hold a chair and get grabbed, theres a chance that the neighbor will get hit by the chair when it drops. this can happen with every chair, but it is most common with the ones shown in the video. this can happen anytime you hold a chair and get grabbed, and its really annoying. you dont have to throw it for it to work; just getting grabbed can make this happen.👀
