This was present in all builds of HN2. I was maybe thinking this could be a model of the ferris wheel, maybe the one similar to the Beta. I feel like the ferris wheel made the town look nicer, especially since even though we didn't get the Golden Apple Amusement Park in its full glory in the Beta we got a small tidbit of it. It could definitely work with the map we have, maybe somewhere next to the city or something.
